I Downloaded My Pattern, but I Can't Find the File

If you've downloaded your Pink Pony Design pattern but can't find where it was saved, don't worry, it's usually still on your device and hiding in your Downloads folder.

On a Windows computer

Open File Explorer and look for the Downloads folder. 

If you still can't see your pattern, try searching your computer for the name of the pattern or for PDF files.

On a Mac

Open Finder and select Downloads in the sidebar.

You can also use the search box in Finder to search for the name of the pattern.

On an iPhone or iPad

Open the Files app, tap Browse, and look in the Downloads folder.

Depending on your settings, your Downloads folder may be under iCloud Drive or On My iPhone/iPad.

If you've just downloaded the pattern using Safari, you can also tap the Downloads button in Safari to see your recent downloads.

On an Android phone or tablet

Open your device's Files, My Files or similar file-management app and look for the Downloads folder.

You can also search for the pattern name or look under downloaded PDF files.

Still can't find it?

Don't worry - you can access your pattern again from your Pink Pony Design order.

Once you've found your pattern, I recommend moving it somewhere you'll easily find it again, perhaps a dedicated folder for your sewing patterns.
