How to Download and Open Your Pink Pony Design Pattern
Thank you for purchasing a Pink Pony Design pattern! Once your order is complete, there are several ways to access your files, so don't worry if you accidentally close the page before downloading them.
Download immediately after checkout
After completing your purchase, you'll be able to access your pattern files from your order confirmation page.
Click the download link to save the files to your device.
Download from your email
You'll also receive an email with access to your pattern download.
If you can't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder as emails can occasionally end up there.

Download from your Pink Pony Design account
If you have a customer account, you can also access your previous orders from the Pink Pony Design website.
Sign in/sign up using the same email address you used when placing your order, find the order containing the pattern and access your download from there.
This is especially handy if you need to download a pattern again later.
Save your pattern somewhere you can find it
Once you've downloaded your files, I recommend saving them somewhere easy to find rather than leaving them in your Downloads folder.
You could create a folder on your computer specifically for your sewing patterns - perhaps even a Pink Pony Design folder. 🩷

Opening your pattern
Your sewing pattern and instructions are supplied as PDF files, which can be opened on a computer, phone or tablet.
For printing the pattern pieces, however, I strongly recommend downloading the PDF to a computer or laptop and opening it in Adobe Acrobat Reader. This gives you reliable access to the print settings needed to print the pattern at the correct size.
If your download also contains SVG files, these are intended for compatible electronic cutting machines rather than normal PDF printing.
