Shipping policy

If your order is a physical item (my PDF Patterns are digital and can be downloaded directly after your purchase) it is processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, this is usually within 4-7 business days. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout if there are any  physical items in your order. Please se exact table of shipping costs here: https://www.pinkponydesign.com/pages/shipping

European Union Shipping

I offer shipping of my fabrics to the following countries in the EU:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at maria@pinkponydesign.com with your name and order number, and I'll will look into it for you right away.
