Return & Refund Policy
Due to digital or print on demand nature of the items I'm providing (PDF files for instant download or Print on Demand fabrics) I generally do not offer refunds. 

But if you for any reason is unhappy with your purchase, or of course if there is a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll do everything I can to sort it out for you. You can always contact me for any return/refund related question at maria@pinkponydesign.com.

 
Digital items: 
If for any reason your file is damaged or doesn't open, please contact me at maria@pinkponydesign.com so I can help you.


Fabric Orders: 
Please contact me within 15 days of delivery date and before washing/cutting if there's any issues with your order. Please include your order number and specify clearly what the issue is, include photos if possible. 


Refunds/replacements/discounts is offered within 15 days of receiving your fabric for any of the following reasons:
-Fabric cut received was smaller than ordered, before washing.
-Fabric received had flaws not along the selvedge (within 3” from edges of print) or anything larger than two centimeters size throughout the yardage - not including the selvedge. If the reverse side of the fabric has spotting or marks that do NOT show through to the front/print, this is common to custom printing and will be seen as non-flawed. 

I will not cover any fabric that has been washed, cut and/or sewn.  If the error is on my printers side, fault such as incorrect fabric having been sent, a too short cut, missed flaws (outside of the guidelines listed above), then I will cover return shipping of course! If a replacement fabric is not available for any reason, you will be offered a refund.
