Can I Download My Pattern Again Later?

Yes! If you've purchased a Pink Pony Design pattern, you can access your order again later - you don't need to keep the original download email forever.

Access your pattern through your Pink Pony Design account

Go to the Pink Pony Design website and click the little person icon at the top of the page to log in.

Enter the same email address you used when placing your order.

You'll receive a one-time 6-digit code by email. Enter the code to log in - there's no password to remember.

If you've never logged in before, that's no problem. Shopify will automatically create an account for you when you sign in with your email address.

Once you're logged in, you'll be able to see all the orders associated with that email address. Find the order containing the pattern you need and open it to access your purchase again.

What if I used a different email address?

Your previous orders are connected to the email address used when you placed them.

If you have more than one email address and can't see the order you're looking for, try logging in with the other email address you may have used at checkout.

I still can't find my pattern

Don't worry - you're always welcome to contact me and I'll be happy to help locate your purchase.

Please include your name, the email address you think you used when ordering, and the pattern you're looking for.

If you still have your order number, include that too - it makes finding your purchase even quicker.
